Ever since the Microsoft Live Announcement last week there's been talk about Microsoft innovation. Microsoft innovation is alive and well. But innovation is just half the picture for the company.
The strength of the company isn't just that it picks up on pending market change. Its core competency is its ability to shift resources to address the market shift super fast. In the time that it takes other companies to assign a committee or to commission a report, Microsoft is already deployed in the market. How do I know this? I'm an ex-long term Microsoftie and been part of a number of shifts.
Considering the company’s size this is its true innovation and what my clients aspire to.
